Oval Bible College is an independent religious institution that provides theological education strictly through correspondence. We only offer certificate/degrees for the completion of religious education.

Oval Bible College is authorized by the State of Louisiana to grant religious degrees and is accredited by the American Accrediting Association of Theological Institutions, Inc.

Admission Policies & Procedures
OPEN ENROLLMENT POLICY
Oval Bible College utilizes an open enrollment policy that allows students to work at their own pace without the stringent guidelines presented by the traditional academic year. Students may graduate at anytime throughout the year provided all academic and financial obligations have been satisfied.

NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
Admission to OBC is open to all. In all programs or operations of the College, no distinction is made between persons on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, age, disability, religion or national origin.

STUDENT RECORDS/PRIVACY ACT POLICY
Oval Bible College realizes and understands the confidential nature of student records. Student records will not be released to a third party without the student’s written permission. At OBC we respect and honor your right to privacy and exercise extreme care in keeping your records confidential.

SUSPENSION/TERMINATION POLICY
OBC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate a degree candidate from a program for falsification of records or test submitted for grading.

GRIEVANCES POLICY
All students’ grievances must be in writing to the Registrar’s office. The Registrar will contact the involved personnel on the student’s behalf. If further action is deemed necessary, the student’s grievance will be referred to the President’s office for disposition at the sole discretion of the President.

REFUND POLICY
All monies paid to Oval Bible College are non-refundable.
