OPEN ENROLLMENT POLICY
Oval Bible College utilizes an open enrollment policy that allows students to work at their own pace without the stringent guidelines presented by the traditional academic year. Students may graduate at anytime throughout the year provided all academic and financial obligations have been satisfied.
Admission to OBC is open to all. In all programs or operations of the College, no distinction is made between persons on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, age, disability, religion or national origin.
STUDENT RECORDS/PRIVACY ACT POLICY
Oval Bible College realizes and understands the confidential nature of student records. Student records will not be released to a third party without the studentís written permission. At OBC we respect and honor your right to privacy and exercise extreme care in keeping your records confidential.
OBC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate a degree candidate from a program for falsification of records or test submitted for grading.
All studentsí grievances must be in writing to the Registrarís office. The Registrar will contact the involved personnel on the studentís behalf. If further action is deemed necessary, the studentís grievance will be referred to the Presidentís office for disposition at the sole discretion of the President.
All monies paid to Oval Bible College are non-refundable.
